Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Radarified ("Radarified", "radarified", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal entity operating the radarified platform, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites and the radarified platform (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (hashed via Firebase Authentication), agency name, and role. When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor Paddle collects billing details — we do not store full payment-card information on our servers.

1.2 Customer data

As an agency user, you upload and create data about your insureds and your operations: client and contact records, policy details, submission documents, claims information, certificates of insurance, internal notes, and uploaded files. We process this data on your behalf as a service provider; you remain the controller.

1.3 Usage and technical data

We automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and feature usage. This helps us secure, debug, and improve the Service.

1.4 Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site-tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Send transactional messages (account confirmations, billing notices, security alerts);
• Provide customer support;
• Comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms;
• With your consent, send occasional product announcements (you can opt out at any time).

3. AI processing

The Service uses Anthropic Claude to generate underwriting summaries, extract structured data from documents you upload, and produce drafts. Customer Data sent to Anthropic for inference is governed by Anthropic's data policy and is not used by Anthropic to train their models when accessed via API. We do not sell Customer Data to third parties.

4. How we share information

We share information only with the following categories of recipients:

• Sub-processors that help us deliver the Service: Railway (hosting, PostgreSQL), Cloudflare R2 (document storage), Anthropic (AI inference), Resend (transactional email), Firebase (authentication), DocuSeal (e-signatures), Paddle (payment processing), and Cal.com (scheduling).
• Recipients you direct us to send to: certificate holders, insureds (via the client portal), and any third parties you email through the Service.
• Legal authorities when required by valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain Customer Data while your account is active. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days to allow reactivation, then permanently delete it. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us. Some information may be retained longer where required by law (for example, billing records).

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, scoped per-agency access controls, role-based permissions, and an immutable audit log. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

7. International transfers

radarified is operated from India. The Service's sub-processors may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers, which we conduct under appropriate safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email hello@radarified.com. If you are an insured (end client of one of our agency customers), please contact that agency directly; we will support them in fulfilling your request.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
