Refund Policy

Effective date: May 29, 2026

We want you to be confident in your purchase of radarified. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. 14-day cancellation right

In line with Paddle's Buyer Terms, every paid subscription includes a 14-day cancellation right. You may cancel any new paid subscription within 14 days of the original purchase date for any reason, and receive a full refund of the amount paid for that subscription. To exercise this right, email hello@radarified.com within 14 days of purchase.

2. Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you owe nothing. If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you selected, at which point the 14-day cancellation right described in Section 1 begins from the first paid charge.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the upcoming month. Within 14 days of the first paid charge you may cancel for a full refund as described in Section 1. After that 14-day window, monthly charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

4. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, which extends the 14-day cancellation right in Section 1. If you are not satisfied with the Service, email hello@radarified.com within 30 days of the initial annual payment for a full refund. After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including for the unused portion of the term.

5. Upgrades and downgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period; no refund is issued for the difference within the current period.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@radarified.com. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

7. Service interruptions

If radarified experiences a sustained outage that materially prevents you from using the Service, we will, at our discretion, credit your next invoice for the affected period. Service credits are the exclusive remedy for any unavailability.

8. Refunds processed by Paddle

Paddle.com Market Limited is the merchant of record for radarified purchases. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@radarified.com. We aim to resolve disputes promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice and will apply only to purchases made after the change takes effect.
